North Springs High School

There will be two Tropical Adventure Competition Grand Prize Winners from North Springs.

  1. Co-host (female)
  2. Production Assistant (male or female)

Both positions will be judged by how their Spartan Spirit has helped others and by their activity on theabilityrevolution.com.

You must be in a team of at least three people to enter.

The Co-host position will be judged on your ability to sing a duet with Cameron Kindree.

justin Biebers “Cold Water”, is the song you may sing with Cameron.  Another song can be considered.  You will have to find Cameron Kindree   and arrange time with him for practice and to record the duet.  You then send the youtube link of your recording to Cameron@theabilityrevolution.com  A simple phone video is an acceptable entry.  If you would like to showcase the media production skills of someone on your team, you should consider that as this competition is designed as a team effort.

The Production Assistant does not need a variety of skills and knowledge working with media, video and sound equipment if they make an exceptional effort in promoting the Spartan Spirit.  You should consider having one person in the team showcase their media production skills or their ability to sing a duet with Cameron. Male or female singers can sing and dance to any song along with Cameron instead of singing a duet.

There will be many other prizes.

Your entry in the competition at large, may be in any format and may be a written story, a drawing, a dance or music performance, a video, a sports event or any combination of methods you choose to present your story of school spirit. It could be as simple as a logo on a T-shirt, a say “hello” campaign or anything else that enriches or helps others through the great school spirit of the Spartans.  The effect of your entry is more important than the amount of work you put into it.

You must be in a team of 3 or more people to enter. If your team wins, one person from the team will be chosen by the judges to win one of the grand prizes for the Production Assistant.  The other Grand Prize is for the Co-host position which requires a duet with Cameron as part of the judging.  There will be prizes for the other people on your team. One of your team members must be a student who benefits from the great school spirit of the Spartans. This could be a new student needing friends or any student struggling with language, culture, socialization, sports, family, medical, physical, developmental or any other issue that is helped with the joyful sharing of the Spartan spirit.

We will have regular prizes for your Spartan Spirit throughout the year for people forming teams and posting content in the forums of theabilityrevolution.com

This competition has started.  Here is the flyer that launched it.  It contains the first few prizes.  Contests will be announced at random in the forums.
